Dear parents,
This year Scond Avenue School, together with the Concord Consortium, is launching an important new program, Beacon International Neighborhoods. In it, several fourth grade classes will be introduced to the use of new technologies in the contexts of environmental education, design, and sustainable development. They will be working with several schools in other parts of the globe.
We need your help. If you have any of the following skills, and have a few hours to donate, you could make a big difference to this program.
We do know how busy all of you are in the normal course of your day, and understand that this would be asking you to take time out. We believe it would truly make a difference to us.
